Don\'t know if this is the appropriate site but putting it out there any way. I have a friend with really low self-esteem, especially when it comes to men. She is a beautiful, friendly and fun girl but puts lot of pressure on herself to meet a man. Because of this most of the time when we go out she doesn\'t meet anyone. This then causes her to spiral further down. Just after some advice as to how best support her and get her to see herself as her friends do.
