Finding Your Negative And Positive Sides And Yourself
Hello, to begin with, I\' ve experienced a variety of negative sides of myself that led me into thinking that I don\'t know or I know little about a human being or myself.
I\'ve sensed such negatives sides in myself as arrogance which led me into conflicts with others. I\'m also not very good in conversations. And I also know that I\'m think slowly but deep and sometimes it makes for me hard to carry some day to day activities.
These are just some examples. But I need a deeper understanding of a human being. I need an advice whether I should read books or ask an advice from another individual ( a personal psychologist). What books would you recommend that can be practically applied.
